This is Anathema AKA Sailor Pluto

Since Pluto is the god of the underworld and it's riches, my thought was to do sort of a Sailor Underworld Princess kind of idea. I see her personality as being very spoiled and vain...

On her choker is an actual depiction of the dwarf planet Pluto... thought it's kind of hard to see in this small picture. She also has the symbol for pluto on her forehead in lieu of a tiara.
